Reach Out: National Programme Educator Materials to Support the Delivery of Training for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners Delivering Low Intensity Interventions. David Richards and Mark Whyte, 2nd edition, 2009.

This excellent book is available, apparently, online only. But it is a free and outstanding resource. Please see post on the companion Student Manual. Also, please see the link to The Oxford Guide to Low Intensity CBT Interventions, 2010 which is referenced in the text.
