This morning I saw a thirty second television commercial for a real estate service that buys homes for cash (most likely to flip or to subsequently rent out as subsidized housing).
I felt that the tv commercial effectively referenced and leveraged their website. And thus is a good example of how to do this.
Here is the link to the website (this is in no way a recommendation). Rather it is just an example of getting the most out of your advertising by referencing your website in your advertisement.
The home page has embedded a one and a half minute YouTube video below the fold which begins playing as soon as the home page loads. And it is a very good example of a brief effective marketing video.
The website uses Trustpilot for its reviews.
This is from the home page:
WE WANT TO BUY YOUR HOUSE TODAY, FOR CASH!
Simple quarters have bought hundreds of properties from homeowners just like you, right here in Indiana.
We are not a referral network; we are local Indianapolis-based real estate investors, We buy homes Indiana who have created the most effective way to help homeowners sell their Indianapolis houses quickly, at a fair price for cash.
Selling your house can be expensive and complicated. Sell House Fast Indianapolis with the best Real estate agents, We will charge thousands or tens of thousands of dollars for a single sale. We take the stress out of selling your property.*
*The paragraph is copied as posted. I’m sure what they mean is:
Selling a home through a real estate agent can be expensive and stressful. Using the website service is easy and stress free.
You can visit the home page for the complete six step process. Since I have no experience with this company, this post is not a recommendation. However, I found their commercial and website an example of effective marketing.
