From the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention  (CDC) comes the outstanding Epidemiology and Prevention of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases The Pink Book: Course Textbook, 12th Edition Second Printing (May 2012) is available online (free) and in book format that can be ordered for $35. This book is simply an outstanding resource and every clinician should at least visit the web page to become familiar with all of the resources available in the book (again–online + free)
