An infant with normal vital signs, normal capillary refill, normal oximetry, and normal physical examination under 3 months of age: A presumptive diagnosis of infantile colic
My note: Infantile colic (prolonged crying in an infant with normal vital signs, normal capillary refill, normal oximetry, and a completely normal physical exam) is not life threatening. And it doesn’t mean the parents are doing anything wrong.
