Pediatric “Push-Dose Epi” [Epinephrine] From The Pediatric Emergency Playbook Podcast

Today, I reviewed, linked to, and excerpted the show notes of The Pediatric Emergency Playbook‘s Pediatric “Push Dose Epi” Epinephrine podcast.

All that follows is from the above resource.

Push-dose epinephrine, or low-dose bolus epinephrine, can be given safely in adults and children. In children, consider for severe anaphylaxis or asthma resistant to IM administration, or for peri-intubation
