The Neonatal eHandbook provides a structured approach to the clinical management of conditions regularly encountered by health professionals caring for newborns.

There are guidelines for over 90 newborn conditions that may present during the early newborn period. Topics include:

These guidelines have been developed by clinicians primarily for use by medical and nursing personnel working in special care nurseries throughout Victoria. They are designed to quickly acquaint health care professionals with the clinical problem and provide consistent and practical advice regarding assessment and management.
