I just talked to my friend Neal McConochie about an outstanding Vincennes University program available to seniors (people 60 years and older).
Neal is a man of many talents. He is an actor and he also does broadcasting voice over work. He is an airplane pilot and he is also a flight instructor.
He tells me that he is now in the VU senior scholars program and is taking an eighteen-month course in Indianapolis that will lead to an Airframe and Power License. The senior scholars program gives seniors free tuition. Now of course you would pay lab fees, and need to purchase your tools.
The Vincennes University Aircraft Training Center is located at the Indianapolis International Airport.
