My Images:
Below you can upload and manage your print images and mockup files. YOU MUST be the owner or authorized licensee of the artwork uploaded. We reserve the right to not print anything we find questionable. Make sure to use one of our templates below as we do NOT resize images as part of our service, we print them at the size provided.
The Print Aura 12″x16″ 3600 x 4800 [pixels, I assume] and resolution is 300 dpi.
- Standard Print Size: Up to 12″x16″ at 300 DPI resolution. Download the standard 12″x16″ template
- Jumbo Print Size: Up to 14″x18″ at 300 DPI resolution. Download the jumbo 14″x18″ template (extra $2.25 for jumbo prints)
- Mockups: Mockup files are used by our print team to determine the print location. They are not used to determine the size they should be printed as your art should be sized to print. You can download files and find information on creating your own mockups here. For mockups you save them as PNGs or JPGs.
If you don’t upload images at 300 DPI your image may print at a different size than expected and we can’t guarantee the result
File Types: PNG, TIF, PSD, PDF. Our recommended format is transparent PNG or PSD file in CMYK color profile. Files such as PNG when provided as RGB are converted to CMYK (the t-shirt printer prints CMYK) may result in some color shifting. Files MUST have a transparent background. If you don’t save it your shirt may not look as good as you want. For example providing an image with a black background will have the black printed on the shirt which will be visible showing a visible rectangle which isn’t always ideal in t-shirt designs. Please understand that designs on a screen are a lot different that prints on fabric. A screen is backlit which brings out the colors in the design but a print on a t-shirt is not. On dark garments we print a white underbase but it is still not the same as a backlit screen.
