Get a prefilled syringe of Cardiac Epinephrine [prefilled syringe of 1 mg/10ml].

Get rid of 9 ml.

REPLACE with 9 ml of saline.

Now you have 10 mcg/ml

The push dose is 2 ml of our new concentration.

Of course, the above is somewhat wasteful but with this procedure you do have a syringe labeled as epinephrine.

Another way to prepare the syringe with 10 mcg/ml is to place 1 cc of your prefilled syringe of Cardiac Epinephrine [prefilled syringe of 1 mg/10ml] into an empty 10 cc syringe. And then add 9 cc of normal saline to that syringe. And now you also have in that syringe 10 mcg/ml.
