Virta Health is a clinic specializing in treating Type 2 Diabetes with the low carbohydrate ketogenic diet. It was founded in 2014.

Now here are some links to the website. Basically their business model, I would surmise, is to sell their services to employers who self-insure and to individuals.
There is nothing unique about their services (that is not a knock), rather what they provide to clients (patients) who enroll in their program is intensive phone support and phone diabetic medical management. They have, again a surmise, formed contractual relations with physicians in every state so that Vita can provide telemedicine services to any person in the state (who meets the state’s requirements for telehealth provision of services).
