There are no need for all those numbers of E, A, e’, a’, E/e´, LA index, LA Veins Doppler Flow, Tricuspid Regurgitation Gradient, Tissue Doppler, Changing Yearly Diastolic Guidelines, Tables with body surface area, Indeterminate Diastolic Function, and so on! All is quite simple, just detect the LV relaxation on a 2D PLAX and a mitral flow Doppler aspect.
