Here’s the video that I’ve been waiting for from ultrasoundpodcast.com – an awesome ultrasound resource: Lumify vs. Butterfly IQ.
The Butterfly IQ is roughly $2000 to purchase plus an approximately $400 yearly subscription fee. I don’t know how much the service contract is.
The Lumify is much more expensive. You’ll need at least two probes, phased array and linear and each is approximately $200 a month plus $100 a month for each probe’s insurance and service. So maybe around $7,000 a year for two probes.
