Exercise Prescription For Weight Loss – Links To Some Resources

Cardiovascular exercise and strength training are both critical for a successful weight loss program. The reasons why this is so go beyond the caloric expenditure effect of any exercise. The reasons are subtle and I’ll be going over them in upcoming posts.
