Link To The CDC’s Phone Advice Line Tool For COVID-19: Recommendations for Children (2-17 years) or Adults (≥18 years) with Possible COVID-19

In this post I link to the CDC’s Phone Advice Line Tool:
Recommendations for Children (2-17 years) or Adults (≥18 years) with Possible COVID-19 web page.

The resource to use for telephone advice for people with possible COVID-19 is the outstanding twenty-one page PDF, COVID-19 Phone Advice Line Tool:

The COVID-19 phone advice line script is intended for use by healthcare personnel. (Print Friendly Version)

If you are a clinician (doctor, NP, nurse, PA, pharmacist) you should review the whole protocol and should print out or save the PDF in your electronic device. If you do that you can review it as you talk to the patient on the phone [like an airline pilot’s check list so you don’t skip anything important].
